WHERE CAN I VERIFY THIS CHARITY?

HOW MANY FRIENDS DO WE HAVE AT PRESENT?

We have 34 friends signed up so far and our target is to get 400 people supporting us with a small donation each month (approx HKD$250). That’s about the cost of 2 cafe lattes a week will go a long way to allowing us to operate and also donate to projects in Kenya.

WHAT WILL THE DONATIONS GO TOWARDS?

Donations have helped to contribute towards some of our operational costs, allowing us to donate a small amount of US5,000 to Big Life Foundation last year. The breakdown of the donation is listed below:

HKD$2,000 for scholarships- We will be able to help 8 students in Kenya with a one-off ‘emergency’ scholarship that only have a term or two left to complete their school year and run into financial trouble.

HKD$2,000 for Dog Unit- This will support dog unit operations for 1 month, or the supplies and care for the dogs for 6 months.

HKD$600 for desks- This will cover the cost of making 17 desks for students.

HKD$400 for Ambo Trip- This will allow 35 students and 5 teachers to visit the national park for the first time.

HKD$400 for Ranger Insurance- This will contribute to our front line of protection for wildlife a peace of mind, many are killed or injured in the line of duty.
